Thankful Thursday

I am thankful to the Lord for using someone else's sad circumstances to bring me to a better understanding of just how selfish I can be and what is so very important and what is not. I have been following the story of Baby Copeland Farley and have been so touched and changed by this little girl's life that I don't even know. I am grateful that the Lord works in such mysterious ways. I am grateful that Copeland is whole and complete with Jesus. And that there is a place called Heaven where there is no pain and suffering. I am grateful that my babies rest there with Jesus and that I carried them for a little while. I am thankful that I have two sweet baby girls here with us on earth who show me every day what true love and grace really are.

I am thankful for a husband who is my best friend. Who doesn't expect too much out of his wife with a broken toe! I am thankful that all I have wrong with me now is a broken toe when others are dealing with so much worse. I am thankful for those that I have loved that have gone on to their resting place. I am thankful for all that they have taught me in my life.

I am thankful for people who take the time to encourage me and uplift me every day. It makes it so much easier to get through life when you have the help of friends!

I am thankful that it is Thursday and that my husband has worked all week and hasn't been rained out at his job! This will help us pay a lot of bills and hopefully get things back on track. Thank all of you who have been praying for us, the Lord is faithful!

I am thankful to celebrate 10 years with my husband this month! He is such a wonderful husband and daddy to our girls. He is AMAZING!

I am thankful for my sister who has been emailing me and checking up on me constantly lately. I love her so much and miss her like crazy right now. Pray that I get to see her soon!

I am thankful for a little girl who wants to pray every night to "ee-zus" (Jesus) talk about keeping you on your toes!

I am thankful that Lily is sleeping better and breathing better at night! Her cold is getting a lot better and we are so grateful about that!

I have to go now and I realize that I probably grateful for the same things every week ! Oh well, this is my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Blessings,

Julie
