Menu for the week

I am not going to link up to Laura's this week, my computer is too slow and I don't have the time right now but I am giving you the link so you can check out some good cookin'! I am just going to do this so that we can hopefully save some money with our meal planning and this keeps us accountable. So, if it gives you any ideas, then GREAT!!! :o)


Monday- Chicken & Dumplings (this recipe, modified a bit), corn on the cob, brussel sprouts, sweet tea


Tuesday- Hot dogs, chili, kraut, the works, chips, fruit salad, sweet tea


Wednesday- to be decided (may be eating out or grabbing sandwiches)


Thursday- BBQ Chicken (thanks for the link, Sarah!), corn, sweet onion muffins, green beans, sweet tea


Friday- Super Burritos (refried beans, taco seasoned beef cooked with onions, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, olives, shredded mexican cheese, wrapped in a burrito size tortilla that has been warmed in microwave app. 20 seconds(the tortilla before you wrap it, not the whole thing) fruit salad, sweet tea


Saturday-Charlie's Homemade Pizza, Salad, Sweet tea


Sunday- Runzas,
Sweet Potato Casserole, Sweet tea


Breakfasts:

cereal, granola, muffins, bacon, egg & cheese toaster sandwiches, cinnamon toast, fruit

Lunches:

PB&J, chicken salad, meat, cheese & crackers, leftovers

Desserts:

Reese's cup bars (I made these instead of the cups, it was just less time consuming & I am tired. ), Peanut Butter & Chocolate chip cookies, Coconut Cream Pie (Sunday)
