Lunch: leftover cocktail wieners, mac & cheese, peas & carrots
Supper: chef salads, fruit
Wednesday-
Breakfast: Eggs, Cinnamon Toast
Lunch: leftover chef salads, fruit
Supper: Calzones, Salad, Texas Sheet Cake
Thursday:
Breakfast: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Toaster Sandwiches
Lunch: leftover calzones, applesauce
Supper: Salmon cakes, Fried Potatoes w/onion, Sauteed Squash, Texas Sheet Cake (except I do not use fat free milk in the frosting; I use 2%)
Friday-
Breakfast: Granola, Yogurt
Lunch: PB&J, Fruit Salad
Supper: Homemade Pizza, Salad, Cinnamon Sticks
Saturday:
Breakfast: IHOP Stuffed French Toast with Fruit, Whipped Cream & Powdered Sugar; sausages
Lunch: Leftover Pizza, Salad, Applesauce
Supper: Grilled Smoked Beef Sausages on buns with kraut, relish, the works, Ice Cream
Sunday:
Breakfast: Banana Nut Bread
Lunch: My day off!
Supper: Leftovers
*Easy Cocktail Wieners
2 pkgs. little smokies, we use beef
1 bottle barbeque sauce (I use Kraft Thick & Spicy ($.88 a bottle right now)
1 cup Grape Jelly
Combine in crockpot; add a little water to thin it out. Cook on low for 4 hours. This is just approximate. When I think they are done; I turn them to keep warm for the rest of the evening until supper. Sometimes I cook them longer; sometimes shorter. As long as you don't burn the BBQ sauce & jelly they are fine.(Julie's note)

Sounds like a yummy week.
We made the calzones last night and they turned out really good! Not too hard either for being homemade!
