salt & pepper
onions & mushrooms (according to taste; we use about 1 med. to large onion and 2 cups mushrooms, sliced)
garlic (about 2 cloves, minced)
Sprinkle however much salt and pepper you like in enough flour to coat your meat. Dredge meat in flour ; fry in hot oil until meat is seared. Place in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Pour over rice or mashed potatoes. Easy, Quick & GOOD!!!
