I just wanted to share these amazing pancakes with you! I have made a double batch the past two weekends and froze the leftovers for breakfast during the week! They are SO good and easy and the girls love them (and Daddy too)! I always used a boxed mix and they were okay but nothing like this! They are so light and fluffy and delicious! Thanks, Darcy! :o)
