Menu Plan Monday...

It's just our menu plans this week, no meanderings!! Maybe next week...

*Monday- Grilled Chicken Breasts, Baked sweet potatoes, sauteed squash & onions, tea

*Tuesday- Beans & cornbread, oven potatoes w/onion, fried okra, tea

*Wednesday- Chef salads, tea

*Thursday- Crock pot shredded beef sandwiches, coleslaw, tea

*Friday- Chicken fajitas, salsa, guacamole w/pico de gallo & chips, tea

*Saturday- tortilla soup

*Sunday- Roast w/potatoes and carrots, homemade rolls, salad

*Dessert this week: pumpkin cheesecake & Oatmeal cookies for Charlie's snacks
