Weekly Menu (kinda late, I know)

We start our menus on Wednesdays because that's when my hubby gets paid and I do our weekly grocery shopping (although we are working on a way to make this twice a month or monthly so it is easier on me, our grocery stores are 40min - 1 hour away and they are not the best discount grocers either. I would like to make a one and a half hour trip once a month instead and get better prices on our groceries. ) Anyway, here it is:

Wednesday- Ate Mexican Food

Thursday- Grilled Beef Smoked Sausages, Grilled corn on the cob, Yellow Squash sauteed with butter and onions, Sweet tea

Friday- Spicy Grilled Turkey Burgers*, Pasta Salad, Corn on the Cob, Sweet Tea

Saturday- Crockpot Pizza*, Salad, Sweet tea

Sunday- Cabbage Casserole*, Mashed Potatoes, Squash& onions, sweet tea

Monday- Pinto Beans w/Smoked Sausage, Fried Potatoes w/onion, Cornbread, Sweet tea

Tuesday- Baked Ziti, Salad, Green Beans, Sweet tea

* Recipes courtesy of http://www.tammysrecipes.com/

Desserts for the week: Buttered Pecan Ice Cream, Coconut Cream Icebox Pie, Fruit Salad, Hershey's Choc. Cake & No Bake Chocolate Cookies

Have a Great Week!!

Love,
Julie

I didnt do the baked ziti on my menu, I had to spend the money that i would have on that getting kylies ice cream for her party..it has been kinda tight this week. But oh well she has her tinkerbell cake and her ice cream. So we will have fun tommorow. love ya sis
