We have had a great few days of sunshine so we have been taking school outside quite a bit! This is our "Art Appreciation or Picture Study" class! LOVE homeschooling!!!!!♥

Family snow days....

                3 sweet children trying out snow ice cream!! It was a hit! (My secret is to use half and half or whipping cream, vanilla and sugar) Yum!

All of the rain & snow meant that Daddy had almost 2 weeks off of work. So, we took advantage of it and enjoyed every.last.second of the snow!! Hope you enjoy the pictures! More to come....

Snow day!!!!!!!!

Snow is very rare here so this was an unexpected wonderful treat!! We did the best we could to exhaust ourselves in the snow! The pitiful snowman was in our front yard and the snow had already started melting when we started building but still had fun, anyway! I will try to post more pictures of snow ice cream later today...I have an Italian Cream Cake to make for a special wedding tomorrow and I have to get started!!!

Blogger is not uploading all of my pictures...it says it does but then they don't show up???? Anyway, I will try again later!!!

Christmas memories..

(please ignore my half finished paint job...I will finish it, I promise, especially now that I realize how bad it looks!) And, also, my dirty oven door! I am so embarrassed! Well, this is just me, being real! I have LOTS more Christmas pics to post so I will try to get to that tomorrow! Right now, I am having a little crisis because I have fudge to deliver and it.did.NOT. set up!!! So, I'll be up awhile making more....

*WHEW!!! What a crazy weekend!! More on Claire's 4th Birthday sometime later (hopefully today) I have done 8 loads of laundry and my house is a total wreck. I have been cleaning like a mad woman all day long and still have LOTS to do!!

Lily has a dr.'s appt. tomorrow to test her blood sugar levels; could ya'll please pray for our baby girl? Thanks so much.

Claire making sugar cookies. This was great fun for all of us. They were not my favorite sugar cookies, that would be these, but they were good and you can't ice my sugar cookies, so..... we had to use these. The girls loved doing this! =)
